Sdn Bhd was founded in 1995. It is initially a construction company which
doing government construction projects. It emerged into housing development
projects in 2014. Its business mainly consists of property development and
construction. The property development projects are being undertaken by related
companies namely DYH Development Sdn Bhd, Permai Pusaka Development Sdn Bhd,
Permai Lestari Development Sdn Bhd. Besides, Law Tiong Seng Development Sdn
Bhd has its subsidiary that involves in waste management services i.e. Big
Tree Waste Disposal Sdn Bhd. Its waste management services covers from manufacturing
of garbage bins, transportation of waste, recycling and private landfill.
Currently Big Tree Waste Disposal Sdn Bhd has over 150 workers, 60 lorries
, 800 unit of garbage bins and 41 acres of private landfill.
